Cider

It is known among my close circle that I am I serious fan of hard cider.  Wine is great, beer is meh, but cider? Cider is amazing! It can be sweet, tart, dry, acidic, super bubbly, foamy, spicy. Not to mention all the other complementary fruits that can be added to give it that extra umph of gimme-some-more-of-that. I'll shamefully admit that I don't remember the EXACT first time, but Woodchuck Cider Amber was my first time trying cider back around 2008--maaayyyyybbbeee before I was legally able to purchase. I sadly don't remember if I was introduced to it by someone else, or if I discovered it myself. But what I DO know is that I've been a loyal and devoted fan ever since. This was before Angry Orchard, Redd's, and other now popular ciders were hot on the market.  Even though I do drink these brands, I'm a low key hater, because Woodchuck was my first, had been there from the jump, but had somehow missed the popular cider wave.
